I've always been an early adopter and a tech enthusiast.

Over the years, I've integrated new technologies into creative campaigns to enhance excitement and results.

In recent years, I have been involved in managing technology projects for large-scale and complex logistics platforms as part of my role at the agency.
I incorporated my creativity to find solutions to the project goals and have successfully coordinated external technology vendors with the in-house tech team that I established.

The field of technology is immensely exciting. For me, this is an endless opportunity
to create effective solutions to various problems and challenges.

Israel’s Official
Covid testing operation

During the pandemic, we acted as Israel’s official testing operation partner with SHEBA, the largest hospital in Israel. We conducted over 10,000,000 tests within a year and a half. Our collaboration included working with the Ministry of Health and IDF’s Home Front Command.

As the Technology Project Manager, I managed a $6 million (USD) IT SYSTEM built specifically for this project on a very tight schedule:

  • Planning Phase (within one week):

    • Designed the business and operational requirements and workflows of the system

    • Designed the product requirments that supported the workflows

    • Selected the strategic IT vendors

    • Coordinated with the Ministry of Health, getting plans approved, and interfacing with their IT systems

  • Installation Phase (within four weeks):

    • Supervised coding, integrations, and installations with all IT suppliers

    • Approved every step of the system, including UX/UI and CRM configurations

    • Procured relevant end-user devices (staff members: testers, IT, logistics etc.)

    • Designed and facilitated training for end users (staff members: testers, IT, logistics etc.)

    • Coordinated with laboratories and integrated with their systems

    • Oversaw the debugging process to prep for launch

    • Established support and customer service centers

    • Created information security procedures and protocols

  • Operational Phase (18 months):

    • Supervised the system, suppliers, and end-users work

    • Coordinated with the Ministry of Health and IDF’s Home Front Command

    • Initiated and implemented innovative solutions in the system (billing operations, new testing methods, new app, etc.)

    • Managed the CRM operation service

    • Managed the support and customer service center

    • Integrated new services into the system for private business activities in the field (e.g., pre-flight checks, establishment of a private laboratory)

The Logistical Operation for the Local Authority Elections

As the Logistical Operator for Local Authority Elections, I led the establishment of the following Technology Platforms:

  • Set up a secure private server farm adhering to Ministry of Interior regulations.

  • Installed a private communication network (Metro fiber LAN & APN).

  • Established a WMS for managing logistics: procurement, reception, sorting, collection, arrangement, storage, and distribution.

  • Integrated a TMS for efficient route planning and secure tracking (in-car GPS).

  • Implemented a POD system linking distributors, customers, WMS, and TMS.

  • Deployed six tracking systems for documents and protocols some using Monday.com, that utilize unique QR codes and barcodes.

  • Coordinated suppliers for secure document scanning (with smart OCR) and printing.

  • Set up a secure CSV system in eight locations nationwide, controlled from a single panel.

  • Led information security procedures, overseeing the CISO.

Emergency Education frameworks for the Children of the Medical Staff

One of the challenges in wartime is ensuring that medical staff can come to work, especially when schools and kindergartens are closed, and they have no childcare solutions. To address this, the Minister of Health proposed establishing an Emergency Education framework for the children of medical staff as needed.

Our organization was selected to implement this plan. The project’s foundation involves creating a smart database encompassing all hospitals, contact persons, available facilities, and an emergency staff list, including education and kindergarten instructors along with their emergency roles.

I was led the establishment of the technological platform and database:

  • Implemented and designed a CRM tool as the core of the system.

  • Integrated forms to assist field teams and surveyors in collecting all necessary Data.

  • Planned and supervised the collection of information to build the database.

  • Planned and supervised smart automation to ensure quick and efficient operations on D-Day.

  • Designed dashboards to help control operations and provide the client with online, real-time status updates.

Unfortunately, On October 7th , we had to activate this system, and it proved to be a great success.
